You can use this feature to quickly send your data to some mail box. It's useful when you want to back-up the data or just pass it to other user

Type any subject of the letter here

Specify SMTP server's address used for letter delivery. Usually, the address of an SMTP server is provided to you by your system administrator or Internet Service Provider

Press this button to send the letter

Type the return address here

Type address of ricipient to whom you want to sent the ErgoNotes file

Type SMTP port of the server here (usually = 25)

If the server requires SMTP authentication you may secify your user name and password here

Check this box if your server requires SMTP authentication
